President Maduro appoints Román Maniglia as president of PEQUIVEN

During the installation of the National Council for Productive Economy 2025, the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro announced the appointment of Román Maniglia as president of PEQUIVEN.
Maniglia served as Deputy Minister of Digital Economy, Banking, Insurance and Securities.
With this new appointment, he will manage the presidency of Pequiven, while continuing to exercise his functions at the Bank of Venezuela.
He has a degree in Social Communication and a Master of Business Administration in Finance, with a specialization in cryptocurrency.
