The President of the Republic and of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, called on revolutionary militancy to call on community assemblies for the formation of the Integral Base Bolivarian Committees (CBBI), as part of the restructuring of the red awning.

“This collective team structure will assume the oath and commitment to develop values, leadership and preparation for the defense of the Homeland. I invite you to participate!” , said the national president through his Telegram channel.

These meetings will be held across the country this Saturday and Sunday, November 8 and 9, and will continue next weekend, November 15 and 16, to elect the thousands of spokespersons for each CBBI, who will be composed of at least nine members.

These new committees have the mission of strengthening political organization, meeting the social needs of communities and operating as a structure for the comprehensive defense of the nation.

The formation process will be through direct and secret voting in street meetings, without the intervention of authorities, such as mayors or governors.
