The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, celebrated the triumph of the cyclist Eduin Becerra of the Trululu Grupo La Guacamaya team, after winning first place in the 60th edition of the Vuelta al Táchira.

“Venezuela, with its gallant pedaling, wins first place in the 60th Vuelta al Táchira with the cyclist Eduin Becerra from the Trululu Grupo La Guacamaya team. Congratulations to the Champion!” , wrote the head of state.
