President Maduro highlights delivery of more than 20,000 works: A new communal state has been born

The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, highlighted the birth of the new Common State after the delivery of more than 20,000 projects executed by the People, as part of the Obratón.

“We delivered 20,808 works from Monday to Sunday. Who did those works? If they had depended on a point of account, a central memorandum and a ministry would not have been made. All that money from the national budget, from the national wealth that the country produces, that the Government captures, all that money was given to the neighbors, to the ordinary people and they did it again. They did the miracle of building 20,808 works and delivering them to the community,” said the President.

During the 95th broadcast of his program Con Maduro+, the head of state pointed out that these works had not been possible “if we were managing it only by the central State, impossible. A new State has been born and that is the communal state, which is more efficient, more effective, more democratic, and that makes the work and delivery fast, on time, beautiful and cheap,” he emphasized.
