President Maduro highlights FANB's loyalty to the Bolivarian project

The President of the Republic and Commander in Chief of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB), Nicolás Maduro, highlighted this Sunday the loyalty of the military institution to the Bolivarian Project and to the defense of the Homeland.

“This year has once again triumphed and the supreme loyalty of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces to the Bolivarian Project, to its Commander-in-Chief and to the great destiny of the Fatherland has been consolidated,” said the president during the ceremony of Military Obratón and New Year's Salutation to the FANB.

He recalled the act of the Army, in 2017, when for the first time soldiers, in correct formation with their rifles at the front, shouted the slogan: “Always loyal, never traitors!”

“And that cry that came from the depth of my heart in full guarimbas in 2017 became strength, will, spirit, and became the slogan of an entire people. Today it is the slogan of an entire people,” he said.

In this regard, he ratified his loyalty to Supreme Commander Hugo Chávez. “With the oath we swore before you and that we are fully complying with in a victorious step in 2025 and beyond,” he said.
