The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, reiterated this Thursday that surveys carried out in the region reveal that the majority reject the warrior threats of the United States (US) government, which keeps military ships deployed in the Caribbean Sea, in an operation that has killed more than 60 people.

“In South America, the Caribbean and the United States, no one wants a war. Various polls reflect the strong opinion of how peoples are against the threat to life in our region,” said the Head of State on his Telegram channel.

In this regard, he congratulated the women and men “who remain mobilized to avoid escalations and win peace at all times. No to War, Yes to Peace!” , he emphasized.
