President Maduro in the Pantheon: Bolivar's libertarian sword inspires us in the struggles of the 21st century

This Monday, October 27, the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, began his program With Maduro+, broadcast number 95, with a visit to the National Pantheon, where he paid tribute to the Father of the Fatherland, the Liberator Simon Bolivar.

“Here in the Pantheon is Father Liberator, his libertarian sword, his permanent message that inspires us in all these struggles of the 21st century,” he said.

In that scenario, he said that “we are in the Pantheon, here in the north of the city of Caracas, on the slopes of the sacred mountain of Waraira Repano, mountain of the Caracas Indians. Everything in Caracas is root, it's truth, it's rebellion, it's love, it's equality.”

During the Editorial of this space, he emphasized that the Liberator of America is the true architect of the Bolivarian utopia of the emancipation of Peoples and of the fusion of these nations.

He stated that it was the emancipatory force that liberated these lands and founded Republics, “the public in the face of those who despotically and tyrannically subdued these lands for 300 years, in the face of the despotism of emperors their strength, of the heroes and founders of the Fatherland”.
