President Maduro: In Venezuela, the future of humanity is being defined

During the Meeting of the Council of State and Council for the Defense of the Nation, the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, assured that Venezuela is the hope of the world today.

“In Venezuela, the future of humanity is being defined just as in Spain in 1936 and 1939, the future of Europe and humanity was defined,” he emphasized.

He stressed that our nation has developed a socialist political model that has been attacked by today's fascists to end the hope of peoples.

He recalled that in Spain he was a victim of fascism that so far in 2024 there are more than 300,000 missing during the Franco regime.

“The glorious Spanish Republic of that time was drowned in blood by fascism and Nazism,” he said.

He assured that Venezuela will not be defeated because it is heir to a heroic feat of more than 200 years.
