President Maduro inaugurates Expo Metal, Iron, Steel and Aluminum 2024

The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela,
Nicolás Maduro, inaugurated this Wednesday the Expo Metal, Iron, Steel and Aluminum
2024, in the state of Bolívar, where he greeted the working class that promotes the country's economic development.
“We have come to install and inaugurate Expo Metal, Iron,
Steel and Aluminum 2024. Guyana is moving forward, Guyana is recovering, Guiana is growing,
we are going to see something spectacular,” said the head of state in his
opening speech at the exhibition.
The Executive Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez,
explained that more than 300 companies have gathered at the event to carry out business rounds
. “There will be presentations, there will be workshops, so together with the working
class of Guiana, together with local, regional and
national businessmen, this Metal Expo will be a great boost for domestic production,
” he said.
In this regard, he highlighted the productive chains that are
being organized since this Exhibition, “to give a great boost to the
potentialities that we have to recover from basic companies”.
He said that another strategic objective of Expo Metal
is to attract both domestic and international investments, “investments
for national development and for the development of the metal,
steel and iron industry”.
