Through the social network X, the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, extended the invitation to download and read Bulletin No. 391 of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), which this time highlights a summary of the week in this historic phase of unity, struggle, battle and victory of the revolutionary process.
