This Thursday, November 21, the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, highlighted that all the working committees of the 10th Iran-Venezuela High Level Joint Commission did a job “perfect to organize the extensive map of cooperation that we have built”.
“I convey my thanks and congratulations to the delegations, I have been following the development of the Joint Commission for these four days,” he said at the Miraflores Palace, where within the framework of the 10th Iran-Venezuela High Level Joint Commission, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed on the Extension of Visa Requirements for Ordinary Passport Holders, as well as the Tourism Cooperation Program.
He assured that there have been 20 uninterrupted years of effective work in relations between Iran and Venezuela, “building human ties, deep political trust, building courageous and solid positions at all the junctures that have occurred in recent decades.”
“Our Commander Hugo Chávez envisioned in Iran that it was going to be an emerging power of the 21st century. He was able to capture the strength that emanated from a People that has the will to be free, sovereign and to transcend historical time,” he stressed.
