President Maduro: Little Maikelys Espinoza is the joy of an entire country

This Wednesday, the President of the Republic Nicolás Maduro Moros celebrated the rescue of the girl Maikelys Espinoza, who was separated from her parents in the United States (USA), from the Miraflores Palace, accompanied by the first combatant Cilia Flores, the Sectorial Vice President of Politics, Public Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón and the Executive Vice President Delcy Rodríguez.

“Welcome to little Maikelys Espinoza! It's the joy of an entire country! I am grateful for the love and solidarity of all the mothers and the people for this family that is reunited today,” said the Head of State.

He also thanked Jorge Rodríguez as special envoy for this work “together with the team of the vice-president, Diosdado, Cilia, and pending every detail, the lawyers and the migrants' rights movements who, in coordination with the Venezuelan human rights defender, Larry Davoe, and the girl's family were acting legally in search of the miracle and the miracle has been consummated again”.

“I thank President (Donald) Trump for having consummated this act of justice and humanity, differences have existed and will be, but it is possible to move forward and resolve many issues, I hope and hope that very soon we can rescue the father and the 253 kidnapped in El Salvador. I ask to remain in active solidarity and mobilized,” said President Maduro.
