President Maduro on the announcement of municipal elections for 27J: Now we're going for all the mayors!

After the announcement by the National Electoral Council (CNE) to hold municipal elections for July 27, the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, called on the People to prepare to guarantee a resounding victory in all the country's mayors.
“Get ready to win 334 mayors across the country!” , urged during her speech at the swearing in of Loa Tamaronis as governor of the Delta Amacuro state for the period 2025-2029.
He announced that by this Friday the electoral commission of the parties grouped in the Simón Bolívar Great Patriotic Pole (GPPSB) will present regulations for the nomination and election of the candidates of this coalition of revolutionary forces.
The head of state voted for the active participation of opposition parties in this election, which became the 33rd election in the last 26 years.
“I hope that the opposition will come to the table as well
and we will have very competitive elections to beat them again by beating them, election number 33, world record for democracy,” he said.
