As of October 2025, more than 2,878,000 international tourists have entered the country, representing a 56 percent growth in international tourism, the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, said.

During his participation in the fourth Venezuelan specialty coffee meeting 2025, the Head of State highlighted that 665 new validated tourist routes have been set up so far this year, including privileged natural areas or visits to popular areas.

“Tourism is the secret weapon we have been creating to overcome the oil rentism that for more than 100 years marked the economy, society and international relations,” he said.

On the other hand, the Head of State stressed that in recent days, in all the states of the country, activities have been carried out for the enjoyment and healthy recreation of the Venezuelan people.

“We have found the way to build in a stable and permanent way the economic prosperity of a country that deserves to be happy and live in peace,” he stressed while stressing that Venezuela has the first certified oil reserve in the world, the fourth largest gas reserve in the world and the first gold reserve in the world, which is why it is so desired by imperialism.
