President Maduro: The country's Communal Circuits have nominated 27,420 projects to date

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, reported that to date the projects proposed by the country's Communal Circuits, “are in the order of 27,420 projects.”

“An average of six projects per Community Circuit, in some there are five, in others there are seven,” he explained.

Regarding the planning of the second National Popular Consultation, he specified that this basic election day will be held in 4,505 Community Circuits that bring together 49,000 Community Councils, “led by approximately 1,500,000 spokespersons,” he said.

This was explained from the Sol del Perú Hall of the Miraflores Palace, during the working meeting he leads for the planning of the second National Popular Consultation, next Sunday, August 25.

The head of state emphasized the importance of these popular elections, for the People to choose their priority projects, in the context of the improvement of the Venezuelan democratic system.
