The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, emphasized that the criminal and fascist right only seeks young people to corrupt them and involve them in acts of violence and then abandon them.

“There are the fascists who are looking for young people to corrupt them, to give them drugs and money so that they come out to burn and generate violence,” he said.

“They are looking for youth to destroy and we are looking for youth to build values and a future,” he highlighted when referring to the seven vertices of the Venezuela Youth Great Mission, including education, health, sports, production, work, entrepreneurship, culture, recreation and rumba.

“We don't call on youth for violence, hate, when we summon youth it's for good, culture, sports, knowledge, for the big, the beautiful as Bolívar would say when he wrote to Simón Rodríguez,” he highlighted at the opening ceremony of the headquarters of the Great Venezuela Youth Mission, within the framework of the International Youth Day.

In this regard, he said that in the face of the recent acts of violence that occurred in the country, young people “have become clear about the film, so let's go in search of young people to teach them to love their values, their homeland”.
