President Maduro: The economic model implemented in Venezuela is the alternative to extremism

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro Moros, regarding the meeting with international companions in the framework of the presidential elections, assured that the economic model implemented in Venezuela is the alternative to extremism.

In this regard, the head of state indicated that “in 2024 we have succeeded in consolidating a path of national peace, of political peace, of inclusive dialogue”, while assuring that with “the dialogue mechanisms that we established with all the economic, social and political sectors of the country, we achieved five consensuses last year that have been transformed into points of common work of the whole society”.

He stressed that Venezuela has “managed to overcome all the wounds of the economic war, we have managed to overcome the sanctions one by one and our economy today is strong, robust, vital, growing with its own engines without depending on anything or anyone.”
