President Maduro: The FANB is not an apparatus but the living conscience of the Bolivarian Doctrine

The President of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, during a message to the nation commemorating the 204th Anniversary of the Battle of Carabobo, reiterated that the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) is a defender of peace.

“The Bolivarian National Armed Forces is not an apparatus, it is a living conscience of Bolivarian Doctrine, popular, defender of peace; in every soldier, in every Carabobo militiaman, it continues to breathe and live,” said the National President.

During the Bolivarian Army Day activity, its Commander in Chief emphasized that the civic military component of the nation “belongs to the People, for the People and with the People.”
