President Maduro: Tibisay Lucena marked the institutional functioning of the CNE

Tibisay Lucena, as president of the National Electoral Council, marked the institutional functioning, the construction of an impeccable electoral system, of political and technological guarantees, of absolute transparency, said the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro.

“It was during his long years as president of the National Electoral Council, that he highlighted the value of Venezuelan women, facing fascist campaigns, hate, intolerance, moral, human and political aggression; always with the smile, serenity and aplomb that characterized them,” said the head of state through a publication on his Telegram channel, in which he recalled that two years ago Lucena left for immortality.

The President also assured that “the eternal rector” left a great example with her ability to build and do. “It's the great self-demand that we as rulers have on a daily basis. Honor and Glory!” , he emphasized.
