President Maduro to criminal groups: Surrender in time, hand over your weapons

This Thursday, January 23, the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, addressing “the criminal groups that still remain, I say: Surrender in time, hand over your weapons”.

“Surrender in the name of the Republic and the People, surrender your weapons. Venezuela has the right to peace and absolute security,” he said.

He emphasized that “I swear to you, that we are going to consolidate peace and absolute citizen security for all our people in all cities, in neighborhoods.”

This is what he said when referring to the activation of T number three, of the Plan of the 7 Transformations, which contemplates security and citizenship for an increasingly secure Venezuela, in the People's Balcony in the Miraflores Palace, where he received the mobilization of the revolutionary people , on the occasion of the commemoration of the 67th Anniversary of the Popular Insurrection of January 23, 1958, which marked the overthrow of the dictatorship of Marcos Pérez Jiménez.

In this context, he reported that the Bolivarian Government “we are going to Petare to finish dismembering the remains of the gang left by this criminal, pedophile, terrorist (Wilexis Acevedo), who coordinated directly with La Sayo.”
