President Maduro to José David Cabello: Mission Accomplished! Tax collection increased by 110%

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, during his message to the Nation from the Teresa Carreño theater in Caracas, recognized the efficiency of the National Tax Superintendent, José David Cabello, in doubling tax collection in the country, over 100%, as requested a year ago.

“One of the achievements and I want to congratulate the entire SENIAT family, José David Cabello Rondón, colleague because a year ago I gave you the order to double, increase tax collection by 100% and today we can say: Mission Accomplished! We have gone from raising $5.772 million to $12.119 million,” said the head of state.

He also pointed out that these resources will contribute to the wage indexation of workers, improvements in social pensions, school infrastructure and other benefits for the people.
