President Maduro to those who want a Carmonazo: Don't underestimate the Venezuelan people!

The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, urged those who are dreaming of a new Carmonazo not to underestimate the Venezuelan people.

“To those who want a new Carmonazo and feel drunk with power, with the support of the imperialist elite of the United States, I only say: Do not underestimate the Venezuelan people, here in Venezuela we have the popular, military and police fusion, and they will regret it if they mess with the most sacred thing that this country has, which is its Constitution, peace and its people”, emphasized Maduro during the installation of the National Electoral Commission for the election of justices of the peace.

The Head of State asserted that the greatest power in the Republic is the sovereign, empowered, organized people who exercise their national sovereignty extensively, together with the Public Powers and the Government that follow the people's mandate.

He also argued that the best way to defend our country is to practice Muhammad Ali's philosophy: “In the ring it floats like a butterfly and stings like a bee.”

In that sense, he affirmed that to do so and to have the right to peace, to stability, to politics, to tranquility, to autonomous economic development, the right to the future, is to advance in the structural tasks of change with the People.

“The path of the election of the Justices of the Peace, right now in the 5,000 communal circuits, on December 15, is the best way to exercise popular sovereignty, guarantee peace and say imperialism and last name, don't mess with Venezuela!” , he noted.
