The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, spoke from his Telegram channel to recall that on a day like today 24 years ago, Cuba and Venezuela made the first flight of Venezuelans to be served on the island, on a day like today.
“Venezuela and Cuba hold the world record for solidarity, cooperation and true brotherhood, thanks to the agreement signed 24 years ago by Commander Fidel and Chávez,” he wrote.
He added that “there are thousands of people who have been benefited and cared for with the greatest love, humanism and professionalism within the framework of the Comprehensive Health Agreement, which shows that we can! , despite imperial aggressions, guarantee the right to quality life and health of our peoples”.
I blatantly say that “we will remain united in a single flag, a single battle and a single spirit”.
