“I think that Venezuela is building a chair in what are political electoral processes for Latin America,” said the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, during his program With Maduro+, where he highlighted the strength of the Simon Bolivar Great Patriotic Pole (GPPSB) to guarantee the victory of the Bolivarian Revolution in the municipal elections to be held on July 27.

“Today, the unified command of the Bolivarian Revolution, which will continue to serve as Campaign Command, held a press conference making the announcements and we are preparing in a very beautiful and colorful way with great slogans. I congratulate the Campaign Command, Jorge (Rodríguez), and the entire team because I think we have achieved a profound visual political communication proposal that has emerged from the catacombs of the town and is also an innovative and beautiful 21st century,” he stressed.

From his Con Maduro+ program, he praised the participation of parties from across the Venezuelan political spectrum, which reaches even sectors that were on the destabilizing line of opposition extremism.

“This has to be explained above all to the world because in the world they say that there is a regime here, the Maduro regime, what happens is that they can't stand the strength of Venezuelan democracy,” he said.

In this regard, the head of the Ven25+ Campaign Command, Jorge Rodríguez, explained that a total of 53 political organizations will be participating in this process and that all parties with a national reach nominated candidates for mayors and councilors in the 335 municipalities.

“There are candidates in absolutely all 335 municipalities in Chavism and in opposition sectors. For example, we have more than 4,900 candidates for councilors, but the opposition also has others in all 335 municipalities,” he said.
