The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, reiterated on Tuesday his commitment to the rescue of Venezuelan migrants kidnapped in El Salvador, where they were illegally transferred from the United States (USA).

During a telephone contact with the Great Mobilization in Defense of Migrants, the Head of State confirmed his “solidarity and support for all the families of the boys” who were criminally taken to a prison in the Central American country.

“We are going to do everything that needs to be done to rescue our migrants, who are not criminals, they are innocent, they are good boys,” said the President, highlighting the gigantic mobilization that is a sign of “the dignity and purity” of the Venezuelan people.

He said that the Bolivarian Government is active in returning to the country “these boys who did not commit any crime in the United States, who have not committed any crime in El Salvador, who have not been given due process, who are not convicted in the United States.”

“If we have to go and resort to all diplomatic forms, to all legal, legal, social mechanisms, to the mobilization of the whole people, we will do it,” emphasized the Dignitary, inviting for this Wednesday the collection of signatures in all Bolivar squares in Venezuela “to express our indignation to the whole world for our kidnapped sisters and brothers.”
