During his speech at the close of the Long March commemorating Workers' Day and in defense of the girl Maikelys Espinoza, kidnapped by the United States Government, the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, warned about the plans of opposition extremism and North American imperialism against the country.

In this regard, he emphasized the importance of the unity of all Venezuelans for the defense of the country's peace and stability, while warning that the conspirators and terrorists will be defeated.

“We will defeat them however they can, if they seek to destabilize the peace of the iron-fisted country, if they seek to destabilize the economy, we will continue with the thirteen engines and recover the income of the workers... they're not going to stop us!” , he ruled.

He reiterated that the kidnapping of Maikelys Espinoza is part of the aggressions that oppositional extremism has been launched against Venezuelans in the world, so he urged the unity of all to reject and defeat the actions of fascism.

“We must be united; the People have to say no to fascism and no to fascist women,” he said.
