President Nicolás Maduro inaugurates emergency room at Dr. Domingo Luciani General Hospital

The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, announced the inauguration of the new emergency room of the Dr. Domingo Luciani General Hospital in Petare, Miranda state.

Through a contact with the minister of the people's power for health, Magaly Gutiérrez, she described the work as “three floors of critical services that will save the lives of sensitive patients.”

The head of the health portfolio explained that the new emergency room at Dr. Domingo Luciani General Hospital has a caumatology unit for burn patients, dialysis areas with osmosis machines and plants, operating rooms equipped with “American century” technology, portable X-rays per floor, laboratories and sterilization areas.

Gutiérrez highlighted that these are “services that they do not have in the private sector” and that they will operate 24 hours a day throughout the year.
