President of Cuba arrived in Caracas for the inauguration of President Maduro

On Friday morning, the first secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba and president of the Republic, Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, arrived in Caracas, the Venezuelan capital, to participate in the presidential inauguration of Nicolás Maduro Moros.
At Simón Bolívar- International Airport, Díaz-Canel was greeted by Gabriela Jiménez, sector vice-president for Science, Technology, Education and Health, as well as by Dagoberto Rodríguez Barrera, Cuban ambassador to the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.
The delegation is also composed of the member of the Political Bureau and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Cuba, Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla; the head of the Department of International Relations of the Central Committee of the Communist Party, Emilio Lozada García; and the Director General of Latin America and the Caribbean of the Foreign Ministry, Eugenio Martínez Enríquez.
