The President of the Republic of Cuba, Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, sent a special message of congratulations to the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro Moros, on the occasion of his birthday.

The message, published by Foreign Minister Yván Gil through his Telegram channel, reaffirms the commitment of the Cuban government to continue strengthening the bonds of **friendship and solidarity** that characterize historic relations between the two countries.

Díaz-Canel expressed confidence that the Venezuelan people will firmly face new external pressures and assured that Venezuela can count on Cuba's support in defending peace, development and regional integration.

The Cuban president also sent his personal congratulations to President Maduro, wishing him and his family the best, and concluded with a message of unity, reaffirming the mutual commitment of both peoples to building a common future.
