President of Fedecamaras assured that 2026 promises investment-driven economic growth

The president of Fedecamaras, Felipe Capozzolo, assured that the year 2026 promises economic growth driven by investments that can be made in the oil field and in energy developments.

During his participation in the program “Al Aire”, broadcast by Venezolana de Televisión (VTV), he highlighted the need to promote companies that have employment capacity, “so that economic diversification can continue.”

He also stated that fiscal burdens must be constituted as a lever for the development and growth of the industry, so that “a space can be gained in international markets with the efficiency of the worker and the aggressiveness of the company and the commitment of the National Government”.

In addition, Capozzolo stressed that Fedechambers has the will and willingness to support public policies that may be undertaken for the productive purpose of the country.

Venezuela is a country with many opportunities, we are a blessed land in natural resources and we must undertake a historic journey to explain to you the right dimension of natural resources, but that the most valuable thing is how it transforms them and their national aggregation to become an export power,” he said.

Finally, he pointed out that Fedecamaras has made proposals through the discussion of the reform of the Hydrocarbons Law, based on strategy and centralized in guaranteeing the participation of Venezuelan companies in the entire productive process of oil expansion.
