President of the AN thanks those who have always been on the side of Venezuela to defend the right to self-determination

The president of the National Assembly (AN), Jorge Rodríguez, thanked those who have always been on the side of Venezuela to defend the right to full life, to self-determination, to independence and to peace.

During his statements to the media, he thanked José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero, who for years has been combining all his abilities to work together for coexistence.

He also thanked the president of Brazil, Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva; the government of the kingdom of Qatar and all the institutions of Venezuela, who readily accepted the call of the Bolivarian Government of the president in charge Delcy Rodríguez.

He also clarified that the Bolivarian Government is not talking to any extremist sector, since they are “the denial of politics”. “We are talking to the movements, political organizations that follow what is established in the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela,” he said.

Rodríguez emphasized that this is a “unilateral gesture” of the Bolivarian Government.
