President: The people have built their own social, political, economic and military power

During the incorporation of the Bolivarian National Militia to the Peace Quadrants, this Thursday, the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, highlighted the cohesion achieved between the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) and the People in arms, as part of the achievements of the Revolution.

“What we are observing today, and you know it more than anyone else, is something that we have built over these years of Revolution: The people have built their own social, political, economic and military power. Today there is no difference between the powerful, professional and very revolutionary Bolivarian National Armed Forces and the People in arms. We are one. People in arms,” said the President.

He stressed that each component of the FANB, “within the framework of the concept of an Armed Force, fulfills its function: the Army, the Navy, the Aviation, the Bolivarian National Guard, and, transversally, the Bolivarian National Militia, in every inch of the national territory.”
