The Program for Peace and Democratic Coexistence held a meeting with representatives of tenant, peasant and worker movements from different states of the country, who present their contributions to moving towards national reconciliation, the Úlmas Noticias portal reported.
The meeting was held in the reading room of the Center for Latin American Studies Rómulo Gallegos (CELARG) and was attended by the program's general coordinator, Ernesto Villegas, and the general secretary, Ana María San Juan, both appointed by the president in charge of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, who listened to the proposals of those present.
This day is part of the work schedule of the 100 days stipulated by the Bolivarian Government, whose objective is to consolidate the stability and harmony of the country.
Through these spaces of exchange, we seek to hear proposals, experiences and knowledge in the political, social and economic spheres.
After the approval and enactment of the Amnesty Law, the president in charge asked the Parliament's Monitoring Committee, the Program for Democratic Coexistence and Peace, and the president of the Commission for the Judicial Revolution, Diosdado Cabello, to review as quickly as possible the cases that are not covered by that legal instrument.
