The first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, reported this Monday that the red awning will develop a special agenda to remember the events of April 11, 12 and 13.
“To remember those days, to remember how things were, because they are days to go through our history and highlight it and work harder every day so that these things are not repeated, so that an event like that never happens again,” he said during the PSUV press conference.
In that regard, he recalled that in those days, Venezuela saw the face of fascism, “that fascism that today does not want a Law against Fascism to be approved.”
He stressed that 22 years ago fascism tried to rob the Cuban embassy, assassinate the President of the Republic, Hugo Chávez, as well as leaders of the Revolution.
He stressed that it was thanks to the civic-military union that Commander Chávez was rescued and returned to the Miraflores Palace.
