Public Consultation began on the Bill Against Fascism, Neofascism and Similar Expressions

This Wednesday, the Public Consultation began to gather proposals for the Bill Against Fascism, Neofascism and Similar Expressions.

“Fascism in itself is the clear violation of every human right, from the National Assembly (AN) we join the debate on this Bill, which consists of 4 chapters and 30 articles, so as not to go unpunished, nor to allow this type of expression in our country,” said Pedro Infante, first vice-president of the AN.

The consultation is carried out from the Legislative Palace with the presence of deputies, police and military security agencies, representatives of Public Authorities, university and basic education students, representatives of the People's Power, among others.



It should be remembered that the president of the National Parliament, Jorge Rodríguez, suspended the legislative recess in order to approve a package of laws against fascism .
