This Friday, March 8, in the framework of International Women's Day, the people of Venezuela took to the streets in a great mobilization to accompany the transfer of the symbolic remains of the heroines of the Fatherland, Eulalia Buroz and Josefa Joaquina Sánchez, to the National Pantheon, in Caracas.

During the activity, women from various movements and states of the country gathered in Plaza Bolívar in Caracas, from where the mobilization started, to pay homage to these two heroines who today are vindicated by the Bolivarian Revolution.

“Today, March 8, we want to pay tribute to these two women, in national union; to know that here is the spirit that guides us towards that future of independence,” said the vice-president of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, who led the activity.
