Puente Sucre shows 87% progress in Ciudad Bolívar

The governor of the state of Bolivar, Ángel Marcano, announced that next May 22, the Sucre Bridge in the Primero de Mayo sector will be reopened, which connects the parishes of La Sabanita and Vista Hermosa.

During the radio program “Ángel Marcano Hoy” he specified that together with the mayor of Angostura del Orinoco, Sergio Hernández, they agreed on the date to reactivate the traffic crossing this important bridge, which would stimulate commercial activity between the two localities.

With regard to the work, he specified that the work is estimated to be 87% complete, while the last stage of the project involves asphalting the road and installing poles and cabling for lighting.
