Regional government activates aloe processing plant in Caigua de Anzoátegui

This Wednesday, November 5, the government of the state of Anzoátegui began the actions of the company Sábila de Caigua for the world, a processing plant for the indigenous community of the Simón Bolívar municipality, which in the coming months will be exported to Europe aloe vera gel.
The operations began with the processing of two tons per day, with a projection that by the end of this year 2025 it will be close to 10 tons per day.
Governor Luis José Marcano, and the general director of the plant, Walter Sánchez, indicated that the objective is the transformation of Aloe for industrial and cosmetic applications.
“The gel that is being produced here is going to be exported primarily to Europe, where it will serve the cosmetology industry,” said the regional president quoted in a press release.
