Regional government begins topographic studies for the construction of a new dam in the town of Cata

Within the framework of strengthening public services and care for coastal communities, the Bolivarian Government of Aragua, through the state company CONSTRUARAGUA, began surveying work in the Pueblo de Cata sector, in the Ocumare municipality of the Gold Coast.

The fundamental purpose of this technical phase is to establish the basis for the design and subsequent construction of a dam, a major work that will have a positive impact on the water supply and the safety of the inhabitants of this important tourist and productive area, details a local press release.
