Regional government hands over court to the athletes of the Mejía School in Maturín

At least 654 children and young people will debut a new practice and training field at the Monagas Junior Football School Prof. Antonio Mejía Altamirano, located in the Maturín Sports Center Complex in the state of Monagas.

At the opening ceremony, the governor of the entity, Ernesto Luna, specified that “strength is in unity, together we did our bit; we all gave a solidarity contribution and today we are part of the reactivation of this football field, which makes this girl happy. But we are going for more, because this is only the first phase.”

In addition, the regional president committed himself to a second phase in which he will directly contribute to the reconstruction of the children's court of this football school and the construction of physical structures of administration offices, bathrooms and other spaces, according to a press release.
