The Sectorial Vice President of Planning, Ricardo Menéndez, participated in the second National Popular Consultation 2025, where he highlighted the great turnout of the People and the dynamism of the electoral process.

At the “Francisco de Miranda” Endogenous Development Center, located in Miranda state, he emphasized the relevance of citizen participation as a central axis for building a positive agenda and advancing the Plan of Seven Transformations (7T), promoted by the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro.

He indicated that this approach seeks to cover the national territory and link each project with the Concrete Agenda for Action (ACA) of the Community Councils, by promoting meeting spaces and strengthening community management.

He highlighted that, on this day, neighbors and representatives of various sectors, regardless of their political position, came together to formulate proposals that reflect the needs and aspirations of the Venezuelan people.

This process, Menéndez pointed out, symbolizes the birth of a new State and a new democracy, based on active participation and collective commitment.

In a context of economic and political challenges, he emphasized that, in the face of imposed divisions, sanctions and blockades, Venezuela continues to be built on the basis of everyday life and democracy.

This event reaffirms the commitment of the Bolivarian Government to the creation of a country that is more inclusive, participatory and oriented towards the integral development of its communities.
