This Monday, July 29, the president of the National Assembly (AN), Jorge Rodríguez, said that the fascist opposition member María Corina Machado intends to execute the same plan as Henrique Capriles in 2014, “to call people to the streets and generate violence”.
For this reason, he confirmed that the proposal of the extremist right “is not electoral, it is violent, it is canallestically barbaric. It's homicidal.”
In that scenario, he stated that this opposition sector, “does not care about elections, but as a means of their ends, because they sang fraud ahead of time.”
“They (extremists) had been preparing these outbreaks for more than a year, in Petare, in other areas of the west of the city of Caracas, in Carabobo, in Aragua. They had been preparing criminal elements for more than a year,” he highlighted at a press conference in which he denounced plans of violence by the extremist extreme right.
In this regard, he said that “thanks to the fact that the Government of President Maduro deactivated the big gangs operating in the national territory, so they have not been able to unleash the fury of the violence they were planning.”
“Those who they had hired were deactivated, the “Coqui”, the “Warrior Boy”, the other and the other,” he said.
Rodríguez explained that they intended to execute the same modus operandi as Capriles, “which was to activate criminals in neighborhoods so that they would ravage and attack the inhabitants of those same neighborhoods, in order to generate road blocks. That's what Capriles did in 2014 and that's exactly what they're trying today.”
