Rodríguez: The right wing's plan was to participate in the campaign to seek to unleash violence

The Head of the Venezuela Nuestra Campaign Command, Jorge Rodríguez, assured that our country is the only one where one of the ten candidates who were participating in the electoral event sings fraud ahead of time.

“The plan of the fascist right was different, it was not to participate based on the parameters of the laws, but to use the electoral event and the campaign to find a way for violence to break out in some parts of the country. Hence, they did not sign the agreement with the CNE to recognize the results and their permanent insistence on saying that there was fraud,” he explained.

Rodríguez indicated that “How can we talk about fraud if the electoral event had not taken place? (...) We reject any form of violence in the country's politics. It's good to face us sisters and brothers!”
