SAIME extends walk-in card renewal operation until the last of January

The Administrative Service for Identification, Migration and Aliens (SAIME) extends until Friday, January 30, the walk-in renewal day for people over 18 years of age at all its offices in the country.

The operation will operate between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., during which time data verification will also be carried out for Venezuelan and naturalized citizens with cards greater than 22 million.

For this process, Venezuelans must provide a simple copy of the birth certificate, while those who are naturalized must present their Certificate of Naturalization or the Official Gazette, details the information published by the identification body.

The institution clarifies that those who have obtained it in the last 6 months will not be able to renew the document.
