The Administrative Service for Identification, Migration and Aliens (SAIME) continues to demonstrate its commitment to the People, by carrying out special home identification days for people with disabilities in Caracas and in the states of La Guaira and Miranda, through the “José Gregorio Hernández” Route.

On its Instagram account, SAIME explains that the institution's officials treated and registered at the “Dr. Martín Vegas” Dermatological Hospital, La Guaira, an adult over 89 years of age with psychomotor disabilities.

In addition, two young people from the El Valle parish in Caracas, with neuromusculoskeletal disabilities, received their identity card. An older adult from Santa Teresa del Tuy, Miranda, with high blood pressure, was also treated at home.

Thus, these initiatives demonstrate SAIME's efforts to guarantee the right to identity to all citizens, regardless of their physical conditions. Thanks to the “José Gregorio Hernández” Route, people who previously could not access these services now have a practical and efficient solution.
