The Administrative Service for Identification, Migration and Aliens (SAIME) announced the launch of its new and modernized website for a better simplification and digitization of the services it offers online for Venezuelan and foreign citizens.
Through its social networks, SAIME specified that the portal has been completely redesigned under a more agile, simple and friendly interface concept.
Users can log in through the usual address www.saime.gob.ve
This design allows users to directly and quickly access the management of essential procedures such as the application for a Passport, Identity Card, Data Certification and Migratory Movements, among other services of the identifying entity.
The management will be carried out with the same user that citizens already have, facilitating the transition and access to their data and history.
The platform reinforces the principle that all procedures are strictly personal, encouraging direct use of the portal without the need for intermediaries or managers.
The option of paying the corresponding fees securely and electronically by credit or debit card of any national and international banking institution is also maintained.
The portal includes a section of video tutorials to guide users step by step, in the use of the new system and the correct management of their requests.
It highlights that this new web portal is a reflection of the commitment to technological modernization and maximum efficiency in the provision of our services, in order to make available to the People a powerful tool that minimizes waiting times and significantly simplifies the process for obtaining their documentation, making SAIME a “more accessible, transparent and at the service of all” entity.
