Salomón Rondón shone again with a double for Pachuca

Venezuelan striker Salomón Rondón once again demonstrated his scoring voracity by scoring another double with Pachuca, however his great performance was not enough to prevent the defeat of the Tuzos 2-3 against Club Puebla.

Rondón, who started and played 83' minutes into the game, confirming that he is still one of the top scorers in Mexican football, after scoring in the 42nd minute and 63' to tie the score.

With these two goals, Gladiator scored five goals in just four rounds played in the nascent Apertura Tournament, this being his second double.

Rondón currently ranks as the tournament's top gunner, sharing the top of the scoring table with the Argentinian striker from Monterrey, Lucas Ocampos.
