The National Scientific Seed Program has impacted more than 600 middle school students in the Delta Amacuro, Guárico, Monagas and Nueva Esparta states, promoting scientific vocations from an early stage to guarantee the technological sovereignty of the Homeland, the Ministry of Science and Technology (MINCYT) reported in a press release.
In Delta Amacuro, the Granja Tucupita Artisanal Educational Complex hosted a day with promoters of the Great Mission, where areas such as Chemistry, Microscopy, Science for Production, Astronomy, Ecosocialism, Robotics and Programming were explored.
Meanwhile, in Guárico, 140 young people were served at the Eusebio Colmenares Mejías Educational Complex through recreational activities on fun chemistry, robotics, astronomy, mathematics and microscopy.
The deployment in the state of Monagas led to the holding of two days: one at the Francisco Verde Educational Unit, located in Alto de los Godos, with 96 students; and another at the Rafael María Peña Saavedra High School, in Las Cocuizas, where 223 young people participated.
Finally, in Nueva Esparta, 40 students from Liceo Bolivarian Pbro. Manuel Montaner Salazar, in the Villa Rosa sector, began studying astronomical sciences and the principles of educational robotics.
These actions, with multidisciplinary teams of facilitators, integrate local challenges to stimulate critical thinking and productive replacement.
The National Scientific Semilleros Program democratizes access to advanced knowledge through experimental classrooms in public high schools, transcending traditional methods to link theory with practical solutions.
