The Scientific-Peasant Alliance carried out comprehensive diagnosis, technical assistance and practical training sessions in the communities of La Gloria, in the Benítez municipality, and Mauraco, in the Arismendi municipality, directly benefiting 11 agricultural producers and 40 workers in the sector.

These actions reaffirm the commitment of the national government to strengthen self-sustainable production in the Venezuelan countryside.

During the deployment in the Benítez municipality, the Fundacite Sucre team inspected the production unit of the farmer Diógenes Cedeño in the Potencia Pariana Commune, verifying a 60% advance in an artisanal pelleting machine for pig food, the installation of a dryer for nutritious mixes and the processing of cocoa with a 50-ton press, in addition to evaluating turmeric crops and the processing of onoto. At the same time, in the community of Mauraco, Arismendi municipality, a theoretical-practical workshop was held on the production of fruit puree through controlled fermentation to activate the soil microbiota and stimulate flowering.

This initiative was implemented in coordination between the Ministry of People's Power for Science and Technology (Mincyt) and the National Institute for Socialist Training and Education (Inces Arismendi). Through this joint work, local producers continue to be provided with essential technical-productive tools to leverage sovereign development and the well-being of rural communities.
