The president in charge of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, led the delivery of 48 new apartments in the Simón Bolívar sector, located in the Ciudad Tiuna Housing Complex, Caracas.

This is the benefit of 177 people belonging to 48 families who were affected by the double earthquake of last June 24 and who were staying in Transitional Camps located in the country's capital.

“59,000 inspections were carried out and of that total 10,332 are in red, which means that they require special studies to pass if they can be recovered without any kind of risk for the population or for those who are going to inhabit that house and that is why we are working tirelessly,” explained the Head of State in charge.

He added that “we are looking for all the ways: finishing houses, building new homes, repairing homes, renting, buying in the secondary market, solutions that together allow us to care for the victims of this natural phenomenon that impacted us on June 24.”
